POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY
All
of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Federal Express Ground
depending on your choice during the check-out process on our website.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt (meaning
Mr.B does not organize shipments on weekends or major holiday's which
may include religious holidays). UPS ground and Federal Express Ground
service can take an additional 4-5 business days to arrive at locations
on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email
from either FedEx or UPS, with your respective tracking information.
All
items that are orderable are in stock. If for some reason we are out of
stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or
by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options.
Mr.B
only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship
to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not
ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.
RETURN POLICY
ITEMS ON SALE:
Items on sale or marked down for Nov/Dec holiday season are NON- RETURNABLE. Sales items are clearly marked in the items listing in RED as being reduced in price. All purchases of sale priced items are final.
Regular Priced Items:
Items
must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund
of the purchase price less the cost of shipping the original item(s) to
you. Some products are considered special order products and are
unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be
clearly noted on the product page.
Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items.
Please
remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in
its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and
registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of
your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining
reason for return.
We
will issue a full refund minus original shipping costs for the purchase
price of any product you return that meets the above conditions. For
your protection, please use United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or
insured parcel post for return shipments.

Please include a copy of your order and the reason for the return and the proper contact information incase of any issues.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You
may wish to exchange your bag purchase from Mr.B for an alternate style
or color, to do this you must return your bag(s) to Mr.B by following
all of the Return Policy rules outlined above. Exchanges will be dealt
with as if they are basic returns: You will send us back your bag(s)
following Mr.B’s return policy (see above)→ We will then refund the
original cost of the bag(s) to your credit card less original shipping
and handling charges → You will then be charged for your new preferred
bag(s) as if thy are a brand new purchase.
IMPORTANT:
Please be sure to include your telephone # and email address with your
return, and also be sure to include a brief but detailed request for
your alternate style or color bag(s). (consult the Mr.B website for
style #’s and color names.) Exchanges will be dealt with as if they
are returns.
